Gray vs. Grey

Dress/Thrifted Vintage, Belt/Thrifted Vintage, Brooch/Thrifted Vintage, Shoes and clutch/H&M

I can't remember the last time wore I one color throughout an outfit. I'm not a fan of just wearing one color. That is why you will rarely see me wearing all black. I got this dress at a thrift store by the house my husband and I just bought a few months ago...

About that, well we still haven't moved in yet. The house needs few last changes before we can start painting, adding new floors, and kitchen cabinets. Till then, we won't be ready to move in.

Not moving in right now is something I'm totally okay with. School is just really keeping me busy. I can't imagine having to pack all our stuff on top of everything else I'm already doing. Not now, I would go crazy. I'm on my 9th week of student teaching, that means 7 more to go!!

I'm glad for such a beautiful experience. I'm learning so many things and applying a lot of what I have learned.

I hope you all have a pleasant week! I have to get back to grading papers (I'm typing this with a smile on my face... what I love grading papers!)

We are already in the second week of February! Can you believe it? Wow time is flying. Well I found this gorgeous dress at the thrift. It was only three dollars! I love the fit and the ruffles. My hair bow was once my grandmother's.

This week I made a drastic change in the way I eat and how I eat. I have been cutting down on the meat, white bread, and sweet drinks. I try not to eat pass 5 PM. I'm eating more vegetables, fruits, and drinking more water. It's amazing what a week worth of these changes can bring. I have been feeling less tired and bloated.

The reason for these changes are not only to have a better health but also for me to go back to my normal weight (from before I got married), and so I can fit back into my favorite vintage clothes. I hope that I can stay committed to this change. I would really like to see the results soon, aside from feeling better.

Also, this week I have been cleaning out my closet trying to chose clothes for my shop (COMING SOON). I am a bit nervous. I have no idea how selling online works. Sooooo if anyone out there has an online store and wants to give me some advice please do!
